    Marine fishes recorded from the Anambas and Natuna Islands, South China Sea

    Abstract
    • Four hundred and thirty species of fish from marine localities in the Anambas and Natuna groups of islands in the South China Sea were recorded between 11th and 22nd Mar 2002. Two hundreds and seventy three species are represented by collections, while 157 species were recorded only by visual census. Among these, several species are recorded for the first time in the South China Sea.
