Ecological input-costs in agricultural production in northwest Kampuchea
Abstract
- On-farm trials were used to evaluate the agro-economic feasibility of growing a second rice crop in Northwest Kampuchea in the dry season, and to calculate the costs and benefits of ecological inputs in agricultural production. A comparison of production and external input-use was made in two contrasting environmental conditions: lowland irrigation and water receding environment.
