    • During 2016 livelihood ideas were diagnosed for feasibility using a livelihood assessment guide to identify potential problems with the idea. Since 2017, the women in West Are’are Rokotanikeni Women’s Association in Solomon Islands have been operating enterprises around solar powered freezers, 12 villages run a business by renting out freezer space and each village have formed freezer committees for business oversight,
