Estimation of Some Chemical Parameters of River Nile Sediments Exposed to Fish Cages
Abstract
- The aim of this study was to assess the environmental impact of cage farm for ongrowing fish (Oreochromis niloticus) on the river sediments beneath and adjacent to the cages in El-Bostan region, Damietta Governorate by estimating some of their chemical parameters (organic carbon (OC), total phosphorus (TP) and total nitrogen (TN).
