The Project Level Women’s Empowerment in Fisheries and Aquaculture Index (ProWEFI) measures the empowerment, agency and inclusion of women in fisheries and aquaculture contexts. ProWEFI helps to identify ways to overcome the obstacles and constraints facing women in the fisheries and aquaculture value chain.
