Droughts, heatwaves and floods are putting ponds and livelihoods at risk. Blue Resilience is a new platform developed by WorldFish and the Government of Zambia. It takes weather forecasts and turns them into simple text message advisories. The tool is now being tested with farmers to show how timely information could help them protect their fish and their income.
