dc.description.abstract | On 15th November 2007, Cyclone Sidr ravaged the southern coastal districts of Bangladesh causing loss of life and rendering thousands of people homeless and destitute. Large number of fish ponds and enclosures were affected, leading to stock losses. The Cyclone Affected Aquaculture Rehabilitation Project is working to re-establish and enhance the productive capacity of Cyclone Sidr afffected fish, prawn and shrimp farmers. | |
