Achieving water and fish for all in the Philippines

Abstract

In this article, the authors sketch the importance of fish and water to the Philippine people, the challenges faced and then give my perceptions of how to find solutions to the challenges – solutions that must encompass appropriate human capacities, visionary directions and a commitment to follow through from plans to action.
