dc.description.abstract	Conservation and the potential and need for aquaculture of three major fish (Catlocarpio siamensis, Probarbus spp. and Pangasius gigas) of the Mekong River are discussed. Different steps being undertaken by the Cambodian government in doing such activities are highlighted.
