dc.description.abstract | This report covers implementation activities in seven countries namely Burundi, Cote D'Ivoire, Cameroon, Kenya, Nigeria, Benin and Zambia. The Aquaculture Compact during the second quarter of 2019 continued planned activities with national partners and provided second tranche disbursement of fund to partners in Kenya, Burundi and Cameroon according to agreed sub contracts. Demonstrations of technologies, facilitation of multi-stakeholder Innovation Platforms, sensitisation and outreach campaign for adoption by stakeholder was carried out. Monitoring and assessment visit to beneficiaries supported with brood stocks and material resources for increased productivity and multiplication of improved fingerlings to boost their production in an effort to reach the set target was prioritized. | en_US |
