FishNutrients - Launching an Innovative New Tool to Help Address Malnutrition

Abstract

Fish are increasingly recognized as key to addressing the planets malnutrition challenge. But this potential remains largely unknown and unmet. FishNutrients looks to help address these gaps by providing easy access to open source nutrient composition data for over 5000 fish species across the world.
