Abstract
- The Business Development Plan Training for small holder farmers in Lagos, Nigeria was to strengthen the capacity of fish farmers and entrepreneurs on concept of business planning, develop, organize, and manage their fish farming business to guide trainees on how to project cashflow for the business, ability to pay back loan and determine the profitability and sustainability of cage culture tilapia business to guide trainees to develop a bankable business plan, business management skills and cooperative formation. Also, to link trained farmers to commercial banks for access to credit.
