Abstract
- The Ghana Business Development Plan Training for small holder farmers is to strengthen the capacity of fish farmers and entrepreneurs on concept of business planning, develop, organize, and manage their fish farming business, to guide trainees on how to project cashflow for the business, ability to pay back loan and determine the profitability and sustainability of cage culture tilapia business, to guide trainees in developing a bankable business plan, business management skills and cooperative formation, to train on business management skills and to link trained farmers to commercial banks for access to credit.
