dc.description.abstractBy bringing together diverse stakeholders in a collaborative process, a WorldFish initiative has strengthened the collective capacity of an emerging grassroots network of fishing communities to: identify and articulate threats; negotiate with authorities to represent the common interests of fishing communities; and collaborate with the Government and private actors to resolve resource conflicts in Cambodia’s Tonle Sap Lake.
