In mid-January 2022, the first cases of community transmission of covid-19 was reported for Solomon Islands. Due to covid19 lockdowns and travel restrictions, all fieldwork was suspended from early January to end of end of May 2022. Field activities resumed from early June with the first activity conducted to update the Malaita Provincial Government on WorldFish and PEUMP project activities. This was followed by subsequent field activities in preparation for the second round of Community Facilitator’s CBRM training.
