dc.description.abstractThe two-day training on the basic course of the Training Needs Assessment (TNA) Approach was conducted for 14 participants (including 03 women) from the Santuk Technical Working Group in Santuk District, Kampong Thom Province. The training applied participatory methods (student-centered) and incorporated adult learning principles. It covered six sessions (including the introduction) and two group discussion sessions.en_US
