This is an illustrated guideline created to facilitate the Fish Research Planning, with specific reference to the integration of the cross-cutting themes in the planning stage. In particular, it refers to the determination of the relevance of the cross-cutting issues at output level using as metrics the OECD markers. The guideline is primarily aimed at scientists with assigned planning responsibility at Product and Output Level.
