General guideline for holding meeting of the Nonglom Management Committee

Abstract

The purpose of this document is to provide a concise guideline on organizing a meeting of the Nonglom Management Committee. It does not cover how to facilitate the meeting itself, which will be addressed separately. This guideline is intended to inform the meeting convener, moderators/facilitators, and rapporteur of the steps and action points to be performed before, during, and after the meeting. This will ensure that the issues to be addressed are clearly identified and well-articulated beforehand, allowing participants to come to the event adequately prepared. Additionally, it will ensure that necessary details are discussed during the meeting, and key actions are noted and shared for post-meeting implementation.
