dc.description.abstractIn this article, the authors provide a pioneer snapshot of the co-occurrence of aflatoxins, fumonisin and ochratoxin A, as well as other mycotoxins, in fish feed and ingredients from East Africa. A total of 52 samples of finished fish feeds and ingredients were collected from smallholder farmers in Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda and Uganda, and analyzed.
