The primary focus of the study was to conduct a baseline assessment through a survey focusing on farmers and stakeholders engaged in mariculture and seaweed farming. The findings from the study provide stakeholders with evidence and knowledge of essential factors to consider in rolling out IMTA innovations targeted to improve the productivity of Kenyan aquaculture systems. Similarly, the findings and recommendations, which are based on both the baseline and subsequent data, will be instrumental in scaling IMTA innovations in other similar contexts.en_US
