dc.description.abstractParticipants were invited to present background papers on their research and/or projects relating to ICT4SSF, with emphasis on key opportunities and risks emerging from the application of ICTs in SSF (20 mins each). Speakers were asked to include a summary slide of conclusions and recommendations for governments and stakeholders relating to the ICT system/use presented. These presentations and summary slides provided the basis for discussions during the meeting.en_US
