dc.description.abstractIn the present study, the levels of iron, zinc, cadmium, copper, lead, manganese, and calcium in muscle and liver tissues were investigated in different species of commercially available farmed fishes (Nile tilapia, striped mullet, African catfish, common carp, and silver carp) caught from some earthen ponds of the Abbassa fish farm as possible bioindicators of heavy metal pollution in water.en_US
