Guide on dried small fish production in the communites
Abstract
- Fish for livelihoods introduce production of dried small fish powder that targets women with U5 year old children and youth in the Activity areas. By producing at home, it increases intake of essential nutrients in the daily meals and a pathway to improve income from the surplus products that are sold. The activity is built on from previous WorldFish project, MYSAP Inland that demonstrated favorable results.
