This poster gives infomration about the SIS species widely avaialable for consumption. Eating SIS as a whole brings numerous benefits and has a great nutritious value. The SIS could be consumed with soup, add with vegetables, and may be eaten with rice. The SIS may look small but it has plenty of benefits.
