dc.description.abstract | This is an updated version of the report entitled, Report on Piloting a Low-Cost Portable Fish Drier, produced by MYSAP Inland in December 2020, with the addition of the test results for 20 food safety parameters tested in an analytical laboratory, and proximate analysis of the dried small indigenous fish species (SIS), which confirmed that the dried SIS was food safe and could be fed to infants above 6 months of age, mixed with rice soup and mashed vegetables. | en_US |
