dc.description.abstractOrisha Farms procured and stocked 9,500pcs of all-male Genetically Improved Farmed Tilapia (GIFT) Strain tilapia seedlings for the ProSCAWA project, the GIFT strain grows 100% faster than the local tilapia strain and can thrive in a wide range of environments, leading to increases in productivity and prevent reproduction that could lead to problems of over population.en_US
