The objective of the TSF project is to support capacity development of the private sector and other relevant institution to catalyse large-scale increases in aquaculture productivity and commodity production engendered through the deployment of proven technologies. One of the technologies deployed to Sierra Leone by the TAAT Fish compact was the hands-on demonstration of fish value addition using the climate smart technology as post harvest loss is the major problem in the industry. The workshop was held at the Ministry of Fisheries and Marine Resources, Freetown while the practical session was conducted at the Iceland Funded Fish Processing Site in Tombo.en_US
